WHAT WE DO

The Architectural Review Board governs using the CCR’s and the more detailed Architectural Design Guidelines.  The Architectural Review Board and it’s processes are managed for the Declarant by the company ARB LLC.

The company ARB LLC. was founded and is operated by Jason Cansler who has worked with The Cliffs since 2005 where he managed the planning and government regulatory submittals.  Jason has worked directly with the Cliffs at Keowee Falls Architectural Review Board since 2012.
