What Are The Gutter Requirements Within The Cliffs at Keowee Falls South?

“All gutters shall be 6” half-round gutters, and shall appear as a weathered copper, unless otherwise approved. No gutters shall be white in color. All downspouts shall be 6” round downspouts, and shall appear as a weathered copper, unless otherwise approved. No downspouts shall be white in color.”

Typically the downspouts are 4″ instead of the 6″ as stated and there are exceptions to the Half Round requirement in sub communities within the development like the Retreat area where “K” style gutters are part of the design.

If gutters are not copper or a dark bronze color then the color is required to be reviewed and approved prior to installation.  No white gutters are allowed within the Cliffs.  Alternate colors are generally approved if they match the underlying approved trim color and meet the LRV requirement.
